A palette of stone, plaster, and wood grounds the interiors in warmth and authenticity. The existing limestone, paired with reclaimed French tiles and walnut millwork, connects the home’s architectural heritage to a modern sensibility. Light, scale, and proportion were calibrated to achieve a sense of calm spaciousness within the traditional Tudor framework.

Working closely with Del Piero, En Masse created a dialogue between architecture and interiors — a balance of restraint and texture that feels both classic and current.

A 1920s limestone Tudor was reimagined to reflect modern family life while preserving its timeless architectural character. En Masse collaborated with interior designer Michael Del Piero to refine the home’s spatial organization and enhance natural light throughout.

The design focused on improving flow and functionality within the existing envelope. Each intervention was conceived as a natural extension of the original structure, with detailing and materials chosen to complement its historic craftsmanship.
